Google Store Privacy Notice

The Google
Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal
information when you use Google's products and services,
including information provided when you visit the Google
Store. In addition, the following describes our privacy
practices that are specific to the Google Store.
Personal information
- You need a Google Store Account to make a purchase
from the Google Store. To create an account, you provide
some personal information, including your name, email
address, billing and shipping addresses and telephone
numbers. This account information is kept along with
your order history. You can view your account
information and the status of your orders by clicking on
the "My Account" page at any time.
- If you make a purchase by credit card, your credit
card information which will be maintained in encrypted
form for your protection. Payment information is
securely transferred to our vendor which hosts and
maintains the Google Store and processes your
information at Google's direction and subject to this
privacy notice and agreement of confidentiality.
- Google does not retain credit card or other payment
identification information on our servers.
- Information about your visit to the Google Store is
automatically recorded by the Google Store servers,
including account activity, data displayed or clicked on
(including UI elements, links); and other standard log
information (including browser type, IP-address, date
and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).
Uses
- The information you provide to purchase merchandise
from the Google Store is used to fulfill your order.
- When you visit the Google Store, you will receive a
cookie on your computer to help identify you, customize
your experience and maintain your account and order
information. To protect the security of your account,
you must accept the Google Store cookie in order to
shop.
- You may choose to receive an email newsletter with
special promotions, new arrivals or new features of the
site. You can remove yourself from this newsletter list
by changing your selection on the "My Account" page at
any time.
- We use log information from the Google Store in
order to enhance the operation of the Store. We do not
correlate personal information collected in the Google
Store with any other information that you provide when
using other Google products or services.
Information sharing and onward transfer
- The Google Store is operated by a third party vendor
which processes your information to fulfill your order
at Google's direction and subject to this privacy notice
and agreement of confidentiality.
- Neither Google nor our vendor will sell, rent or
otherwise share your personal information with any third
parties except in the limited circumstances described in
this notice and the
Google
Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Your account is protected by a password that you
choose. You can access and edit your account information
at any time by logging in and clicking on the "My
Account" page.
