GatewayCDI will occasionally offer gift certificates at no charge for special promotions and marketing events. GatewayCDI reserves the right to cancel these promotional gift certificates at any time for any reason.

Please note: If you are paying by check your order will not ship until the funds have been verified and received. Funds that can be posted electronically will be shipped within 4 business days, otherwise the order will be held for 10 business days to once the check has been received.

Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of Missouri and California.

Inventory

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your order complete. If you need your order at a certain date please contact us by using the contact form above. Be sure to include your order number.

Shipping and Handling (US only)

Orders are usually received within 7-10 business days depending upon where the items are being shipped to. All orders placed up to 4:00 PM CST will ship the same day following payment verification. Orders paid using check will ship once payment has been received and funds cleared.

Consult the table below or enter your order into the shopping cart. The checkout page will calculate the shipping charges. Please be sure to provide a physical address, not a PO box. Shipping and handling charges are based on the number of appliances on your order and the type of service you request.
